Outward Bound Adventures for Form I

Posted on: 08/10/2019

Every year our Form I’s (Year 9) start their final year at Maidwell Hall with a two day outward bound trip to The Peak District. This year they had warm sunshine on their first day and pouring rain on their second, ensuring they endured everything that nature had to offer! Their skills to work as a team were tested during the map reading expeditions and it was time put their courage to the test with pot holing, rock scrambling and abseiling.

The final year at Maidwell is definitely hard work in the build up to Common Entrance. However, the year have a lot of fun together too with many activities throughout the year, culminating in the Leaver’s Pemprokeshire Walk in the Summer Term. We are sure that our current Form I’s will make the most of every moment.
