Current Vacancies

Minibus Driver

Salary: £12,030 per annum
Contract: Permanent, term time only
Hours: Part time, 18 hours per week
Required: September 2024

Ahead of the introduction of an additional minibus route from Oundle to Maidwell Hall School, we are looking for Drivers to help launch and maintain this new service.

Commencing in September 2024, the service will operate from Oundle to Maidwell Hall with morning and evening runs. We can offer flexible hours and are happy to recruit individuals to work split shifts, or alternatively work either the morning or the evening hours. Expected working hours are: 06:30 to 08:30 and 17:30 to 19:30.

You will be an honest, reliable and well-qualified individual, who possesses a Class D1 Licence as well as extensive driving experience.

Personal Assistant to the Headmaster

Salary: £26,724.65 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide vital administrative support to the Headmaster.

As a PA you will act as both the ‘gateway’ and the ‘gatekeeper’ to the Headmaster, providing a first-rate, efficient and confidential administrative and secretarial service that supports him in the strategic and operational management of the School. This will involve the efficient management of the Headmaster's work diary, managing correspondence via email and telephone, welcoming visitors, proof reading and maintaining meeting records.

We are looking for a personable individual, with significant administrative or PA experience to senior management level. You will also possess experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. High levels of technical literacy are essential, along with excellent proof-reading and written communication skills.

This role is full-time, 35 hours per week over 34 weeks, with an additional 7 hours per week during the holidays, and one Saturday per term. There is a degree of flexibility built into the hours of this role, which will be discussed at interview.
