The magic of The Arabian Nights came to Maidwell last Saturday for our Summer Party. Every three years the school organises a party for all parents and friends of the school. This year's theme was Arabian Nights and, as usual, our parents did not disappoint with their enthusiasm for some fancy dress and enthusiastic partying!

The children joined us during drinks and loved challenging each other to a ride on the 'bucking carpet', they were wow'd by the huge Python and loved the belly dancers. Our Catering Manager, Jeremy Gledhill, and his team produced some really delicious food and the party committee, led by Nick Owens, did a fantastic job at ensuring that everyone had a truly memorable time.
