Our rugby players performed brilliantly in this year's IAPS National Small Schools' Sevens Tournament held at Oundle on the last Sunday of the Lent Term. 25 schools took part from all corners of the UK. For years we have been semi-finalists but this year there was no stopping us and we just got better and better. It was very satisfying to beat Witham Hall convicningly in the semi-finals but the final against Spratton Hall was astonishing and the excitement was very tangible when we won by a decent margin. It had been a very hard day and the boys richly deserved the ultimate accolade by becoming national champions.
